Hi,
I'm from the Netherlands, and I want to start CNC milling of mechanical parts and models for prototyping.
Mostly from stainless steels, aluminum, and occasionally plastics and wood.
I have been looking around, and think that the F1210-C hs would be a suitable machine of decent quality.
They have a version with complete with nccad and controller. But I don't like that software and have read many bad reviews of the controller as well.
So I would go for the bare version. The description can be found at:

I am very new to CNC, and find it hard to make a decision about the CAM and CNC software, as well as the controller.
I have no intention to make very complicated parts, but they do often require high precision.
I want the CAM to be user freindly and easy to use, and easy to learn, and not to be overly expensive.
I want a controller that matches the quality of the Wabeco mill.
I want a CNC program, that fits well with the controller and the machine.
I have no LPT gate on my computer.
Does anyone have any sugestions? Perhas is there anyone out there who is using a Wabeco machine without the factory control package?
Thanks for any advise.
