KL4030 quit - motor justs chatters in place

Everything working fine on 3 axis router then Y axis jerks and chatters. Replaced unit and not its fine.
System has only 3 to 4 hours of use. Checked V+, OK at 35.5VDC. Driving NEMA 23s at 3A.

    Guess its a bad 4030.
Does anyone have info on replacing the drive transistors?
    Part numbers etc.

    Thanks,
    Dennis

If the driver failure was due to a manufacture defect, use the warranty.
Be sure not to even remove the cover, as any attempt to fix it will void the warranty.
As to replacement part numbers they are on the existing components.

The replacement cost of the KL4030 driver is minimal compared to the time
and expense you will have into maybe getting it to work correctly.
