    need help with okuma lathe

    i have an okuma lathe (LB15) and it is throwing an alarm (201-4 alarm-A servo amp Z axis 2E6) how do i fix this? In the back cabinet there is three relays and on the far left one the light is not on and when you press reset the alarm goes away and the light on the relay comes on and then in about 10 seconds it alarms out again. What do i do?

    Switch X and Z amps and see if it goes to the X axis.
