    What brand tool is it?
I would'nt think a two flt would have the geometry your
    looking for to machine H13.
Is it coated? Is it heat treated?
    All important variables.

Actually I was using a cleveland 2flt coated ticn witha high helix to mill deep pocket up to 2" deep running a .050 ramp, 55ipm witha 7850rpm and it worked quuite well. When the tip would start to get dull the operator would touch it up on the grinder and keep going. Worked quite well. Then they discontinued the tool. Murphys law. Get one that works and poof. Now I'm looking for a replacement.

no, not heat treated just gummy h13. I realize most people don't run them like this, but it worked really well.
