    2510 = 25mm diameter and a 10mm lead / pitch.

All in all your design is ok. But there is some issues from the pictures you have posted.

The crossmembers on the table, are they made only of flat steel, or is it tubes?
The I beams are not a bad choice, although I would have gone for something with bigger top and bottom surfaces, but for the way your rack and pinion is going to sit, I guess a HEB beam would not have been a good choice.

I would however have set the legs a bit further under the machine to prevent the I beams from saggin in the middle, and to have a smaller gap between the legs...

The setup should be stiff enough, but you need some leveling feet to make sure the machine will be perfectly levelled of when finished.

    Good luck with your build.

well thank you for your answer

the cross members will be tubed 8x4cm i will put like 10 of them and i'm thinking to add another I-Beam in the middle to support the cross members from under that mean i will add 320cm of I-Beam more

do you think i should add another leg between the other 2 legs like the 190cm and under it 2 legs 40cm each ?

not sure if i understand what you mean by set the legs a bit further under the machine to prevent the I beams from saggin in the middle

about the leveling feet i'm thinking to add it also , but still waiting for the mechanical parts to arrive

one more question , which gauges should i buy to help to set the machine level and everything

    torque wrench

    dial indicator

    dial test indicator

    caliper

and Digital or Dial or normal is better

    Thank you

    Attachment 228826
    Attachment 228828
    Attachment 228830

is it good resolution , and it's mm since i'm not used to inch
