My y and z axis are off. What are your values for step per?
Almost ready to make some chips! Enclosure should be done tomorrow!

OK set it to 10160 and it is still way off. How do you check the steppers themselves?

Keith,
How are the switches set on your stepper drivers?
When you say "way off" - how far? 2X? 10X? If you move 1" on Mach3, how far does it really move?

On my Torus, the Y axis was about 50% off. I think it was a switch setting, but never messed with that.
I just used a dial gauge and got it set right to that.
Both X and Z were perfect though. That is why I think it was a switch setting.

Here's the manual for the stepper driver:

Are you sure you've got your units set correctly? Is motion perhaps off by a factor of 25.4?

Ray L.
I was thinking the same thing. Check that you got the units in Mach 3 in Inches, not mm's
