Hi guys. I am working offshore and bought a couple of 1605 ballscrews which arrived today at my home. I am at work for the next month. The ends of the ballscrews need machining for the supports BK12 and BF12 which I have also bought.

My cunning plan is to sheepishly and kindly ask my wife to drop the screws off at an engineering firm to do the machining whilst I am at work so they are all ready when I get home. I have a terrible terrible internet connection out here so finding a drawing she can take in has been tough. Does anyone have a drawing of a 1605 ballscrew for the machining to fit the BK/BF12 end supports I could have?

I am on [email protected] and would be most grateful. BTW, a clearance pressed fit is best for these bearing ends huh? Any advice on fitting them to a long screw? I am thinking a deep deep socket and a three leg puller on the ballnut carefully pulled in. Hmmm. Or perhaps freeze the screw with freeze spray.

Best Regards and look forward to hearing from someone. Boyd
