here goes
I setup a job so center is in the middle of the wood. when I start and run the job it starts out ok for the 1st pass but when it gest to the 2nd pass it has move's
over to the right little by little on each pass Attachment 228822Attachment 228824 I am running mach 3 any help if I need to reinstall the program or just reconfigure my mach3 I just don't know how this happen it was working just fine a week before and I did nothing just turn on the computer. As you can see in the photo's that they both mover over to the right every time. My machine is a KL6090

Almost looks like a coupling or something is slipping in the drive train. I had that happen on my Z axis where I started getting random grooves. I tighten the coupling and all was fine. I don't think its software related.

Yup, that's a mechanical issue. Either a loose coupler of some sort or the stepper is stalling. Mach will not enter an offset by itself.
Take a look at the mechanicals for loose screws or binding in the axis.
