I've recently acquired and set up a New Hermes Vanguard 7200. The engraver and control console seem to be working fine - I can move the head around and set the origin point - but when I try to send a job to the engraver, the head always moves all the way to the lower left corner of the plate and stays there, regardless of what the job is. Could this be a software problem? Could GravoStyle '98 be sending the tool paths in the wrong format?

I have the same set up at work. Where is your center set when you go to cut mode. Should be upper left area of the screen.

Hi Tom,
Did you get your origin issue fixed? If not, what controller do you have the newer IS controller or EP module? And please confirm your using Gravostyle 98.
