I am completely new to using cam software and am trying to figure out how to use an old version of gibbs for lathes and have nobody at my shop who can help. my main problem right now is how do change a yellow circle or square into a blue square when im drawing up my geometry so i can connect them. Any tips, pointers,websites, advice would be appreciated.

Upload your .VNC file and a print or pic of the geometry so we can see what you are trying to do. But it sounds like your line is not connected and\or not terminated.
