I was wondering if someone could give some insight on what is the best way to run this type of part. My main concern how to crimp the end to the id they want. I have a Citizen L720 VIII and a K-16E.

Also wanted some input on 2 machines. We are in the process of purchasing a new swiss have it narrowed down to Citizen M32Y, Tornos EvoDeco 32, and the Tsugami SS327-5AX

Any input on any of these

    Thanks

You can see how they do it at around 1:10.

Looks like a tapered ID bushing. Maybe made from 440C Stainless or tool steel.

Thanks for the input. I'm going to try it this way. I'm hoping I can get a 32 finish with just drilling. I really don't want to have to bore this part.
