    Job management software?

    Stone work (granite countertops, etc)

    Just went from a well managed, efficient shop to a new shop that is a huge mess.

    Everything is managed in excel spreadsheets and it is simply not sustainable.

    Any advice on software to manage jobs from start to finish? Scheduling, inventory, templating, machining

    Last shop used Morware which is purpose built for countertops and worked great but I am curious if there are other suggestions out there? Glanced at different ERP solutions but that seems overkill.

    We use Epicor, and it is a very powerful ERP system but may be more than what you're looking for depending on your production volume / supply chain.
