    toolpath errors

this has probably been covered before but unfortunately I don't have time to look through all the threads. I am trying to post a program for engraving. When I verify the code everything looks good on the virtual cnc but when I load it to the machine my toolpaths are all screwed up. Bobcad wants $350 for a support plan so I am hoping someone here can help me. the machine I am using is a smithy 1240. I have already done the milling machine setup.exe pretty sure I did it correctly. any suggestions?

"All screwed up" covers a lot of ground. Could you give some details, the BobCAD version, and upload the (zipped) .bbcd file, if possible? It'll make it far more likely that someone can help you out.

I am using v23. I am trying to engrave text. the tool path follows part of the text then just runs out random lines. I tried to attach the file I hope it worked

That geometry is all screwed up.
I can make it work by running the explode feature to lines. This not ideal though as you are left with 1859 line entity's.

How was this engraving created ? Then imported in what file format to you ?
If you can find out or match the Font,I would re-draw this.
