    Live tooling

    Hi guys I'm about to mill a square from round bar the a/f is 31.75 the cutter is 12mm and I need to polar mill from the front of part on a doosan lynx 220lm with oi fanuc control can someone show me a program for this please ?

    Are you familiar with Manual Guide i? There is a cycle for milling square ends on the controller that I'm using, and I believe yours has it as well. If you are not familiar with it, you should check out these videos:
