guys i am using fagor 8055 (drilling only) and it is only 1 month as in brand new. suddenly someone changed the parameters and it had a 2003 error (y axis feedback error) but thanks God i fixed all the parameters and it is working but still it has a problem on Z axis. I programmed 70mm but the actual is just 25mm. what should i adjust?? i attached photos of Z axis parameters so you can see and tell me where should i go (but these are not the actual program/parameter because it was taken before i fix the parameters for reference only so youcan see the sequence)Attachment 221526. i really need your help thanks and god bless all Attachment 221528Attachment 221530Attachment 221532

You need to know the pitch of the ball screw and the encoder counts.
