Siemens 840D SL 5-axis feed rates

Hoping someone can shed some light on this. We have a DMG DMU60 eVo 5-axis mill. Trying to get Gibbs to modify the post for us and am having issues with the feed rates on 5-axis moves. Does anyone know if there is a calculation the post needs to convert the feed rate from in./min. to rev./min. in 5-axis moves? Does anyone happen to have a sample program I could look at using TRAORI?

    Thanks All
    Rick G.

Thank you Solidcamx. After pouring over manuals for weeks and testing in the machine I have found that FGROUP(X,Y,Z,B,C) & ORIWKS takes care of the problems.

Okay. Glad you solved the problem.

I have a functional postprocessor for DMU Sinumerik840D.
