    I would go to the DelCAM website and select the Contact option. You should be able to send them a message to find out the closest reseller or how to purchase internationally.

    Did you at least download their trial. You should consider trying it first to see if it does what you need before investing big money into software. It takes getting use to just like any other . The Delcam site has links to the download page.
