Hello,

I am going to order another (longer) ZnSe lens for my 60watt Co2 laser and wondering what everyone recommends for 3/16-1/4" thick clean leather cutting?

How longer you going to order ? As far as I know, the ZnSe lens are quite small, do you mean a different kind of lens ?
As the thickness of leather is less than 0.3mm, it shouldn't be hard on cutting.Have you try with 63.5mm ? I used cutting leather with 101.6mm and got a lot smoke but that's not a very big deal. Cutting side is fine .
