Mori Seiki MV-JR with fanuc 10M and sv003 on x and y axis

We are running this machine off a phase converter that is putting out 249 volts evenly. And we are getting Ot108 24 volt to high alarm. I think I've fixed that. The spindle drive board has a switch to go from 200 to 230 and when I switched that the machine doesn't throw this alarm but before I could power the machine down the power flickered on the shop(small storm) as soon as it flickered I got the sv003 alarm on the x and y axis and a light on that board labled HC. Any help would be appreciated

Your going to smoke that machine with 249 volts! Waay to high. 242 is absolute maximum.

Thanks, we have another phase converter to run on so we will switch it off this one. We really didn't realize that it was that hot its a factor built converter. Is there anyway to fix the output of that converter for future use. And would this be part of our problem with the OT108 and sv003 alarms
