    Thread milling post problem

    I am having trouble thread milling using Edgecam 11.1

    no matter what post I use I get an error stating that "selected command does not work in this post processor"

    any ideas?

    way back before edgecam supported threadmilling i would do a single arc then edit in a z move by hand, copy and past then modify z's accordingly.

    are you sure your generator supported thread mill in the past?
    when the features change the post tokens sometimes change also, you may have to create a new generator in wizard with the newer templates if you are using old generators
