What is the size and nature of the fan technology? 3ph or 1ph Muffin fan, if the muffin variety there are many sources out there, both 120v and 240vac.

    Re: Fanuc spindle motor

Unless you can find a replacement on ebay the Fanuc replacement is equivalent to its weight in gold.
You won't be able to find a direct cross, unless someone has already done it.
It should not take but a few minutes to remove the cowl and measure the size, and check the voltage.
If it is not working, it will run without the cowl and allow you to fit the new one to it or make up a mounting.
Electrosonic and others have Muffin fans.

If its a red cap motor, Fanuc is not too bad on the replacement cost. I just bought a 400v one for ~200.00 from them.

Depends what coupler was used when it was retrofitted.
I assume these are the coupler screws you mention?
