On a Bridgeport V2XT DX32 Controlled milling machine, I am having issues during multiple axis movement, system sends out “Drive Fault Errors” and causes the control system to stop the machine; and axis's tend to drift or creep in very small increments after system stops the machine. After clearing the alarms the individual axis's work independently without issues. I have been in contact with EMI for possible solutions. Below are the actions taken to find solution:
Solutions investigated:
• Clear errors then, jog machine before homing
• Check fault lights on axis boards
• Reversing drive cables to make sure they work on either axis. Drive cables tested.
• Swap out the BDMC with good BDMC from twin machine that is operational
• Purchased new motherboard, upgraded software, upgraded hard-drive,(per EMI’s support department)
• Purchased new capacitor and replaced (per EMI’s support department)
• Purchased and installed new AUF board after EMI tested old AUF board finding faulty components.

Any suggestions of what to check additionally to find solution.
