When I try to change the tool with M6 T1. The spindle Orient then moves up to the limit and then stops. No magazine rotation. No tool change. An Alarm 584 B
ATC rotation time out apears .I see at the ATC and find that the two numbers near tools are showing zero. I have no manual and don't know how to rearrange the tool numbers.
Please See attached files for control and a ATC setting control.

Can anybody help me. Can anybody send me manual. I shall be very thankful to you guys...

Yes, you do need an "Operation Manual"...LINK is to an OSP7000 Operation manual PDF.....it will be close to what you need it for, & better than having nothing at all.


Okuma basics
your 1st pic of the carousel is identifying POT numbers only, not tool numbers. A tool is "registered" with the control ( depending on "large tool" being defined ) the tool can be placed in any random POT, the control will know what POT# is containing what TOOL# ( as long as you have registered it correctly )

Look for the "Tool Data Set Commands" on page 48 on how to "register" your tools
- caution....there is a POT to TOOL number list ....as well as a TOOL to POT list.....be careful of which one you display.

I agree, not a 5020. Someone put a 5020 keyboard/screen on a 5000 machine is my guess.( not uncommon, after the 5000 was no longer available) Not only that, but it seems to be some kind of hybrid, ive never seen any Okuma panel that looked like that or one that had a separate ATC controller like that one.
