    g76 threading cycle

    M32x1.5
    Attachment 239916

    My code is correct:
    Diameter 31.85
    G76 X30. Z-12. K.0.93 D0.22 P2 F1.5

    Mastercam make this code:
    G76 X30. Z-12. I0. K.925 D.364 A29 E1.5

But how to get or where "K.925 D.364" and why E1.5?

    Mastercam is correct as .....30 + (2x0.925) = 31.85
D is depth of last pass ( depends on your operation parameter settings )
    I is taper ( address omitted means I=0 )
A is flank angle of approach for 60° thread ( the 1° allows for clean-up for the 60° cutting tool until the D value is left, then a plunge cut to finish the thread )

E is feedrate (Lead of thread ) for some lathes, your post needs a mod, if it cannot be used..... Does E work on your machine ?
