How do I repeat a program using a different workshift offset.

I have a fanuc 3t control and I am trying to turn and drill a part then flip it, run the same program but with a -.05 z offset to have the part finished to final lengh without programming all the tools with a different Z. Can I use a subroutine and change the workshift in the program?

Are you using G50 at the start of each tool? Maybe you could post your program here so we can get an idea how to help you.
