Hello,
I have a huge 100 watts laser cutter and I use lasercut 5.3 to control it, Ive recently started cutting 6mm black plexiglass, at first I could get a clean perfect cut at speed 2 and power 100% but now when I try the same speed and power I get bumpy cuts and not smooth cuts with the same material.
what is the problem?
what should I do?

hi there
there are a few things you should check:
check you beam align up
check your lense if it is clean and not scratched or broken
how old is your tube
I am cutting 6mm black plexi with a 40 W at 70% power and 4mm speed you should get with a 100W faster speed

and check the laser head, is it shakable?

The laser tube manufacture time is on the stick, you should check ,how long you use? and how about laser power, does it work normal? all these decide the cutting effect
