Hello guys!

I tried to search info about this but have not succeed.

I´m building a router machine that will be around 700x400 mm and I want to be able to cut aluminium with this one.
I just bought a Nema23 320 oz kit with gecko g540 from cncrouterparts. My idea is to use direct drive on all axis using ball screws.

I need some help to decide what pitch to have on the ball screws. I know that acceleration, weight that the axis has to pull, speed and cutting force is factors that has do be considered. I know that my steppers has little under 2 N/m up to 10.000 pps.

I can do the calculations myself but i don´t know what numbers on acceleration
and cutting force that i should be looking for? Is there any reason to have a quick accelerating machine other than that it´s nice if it works fast? Can anyone help me here ?
