    Z axis cut depth issue.. Help please!

    Hi fellas,
    I just installed a new spindle on my cnc 3020 and I noticed that the depth of my cut is deeper on one side then it is on another. I did a small sign and on the right side of the X axis the lettering is much deeper then the left side. It wasn't like this before. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Really could use some help here.Thanks much!

    Not sure if a spindle should do this or not or if possible this could be my problem... I took a video.. Let me know please.
