Hi, please help !

I have a EMCO PC 120 lathe and the TM02 controller software loaded.

all works on start up, but not the main drive (spindel drive).

I can run the machine in reference, move axis, turn the tool table, but when try to start the main drive (spindle drive) a "Alarm 6013 Main Drive Not Ready" come on the screen.

On the EMCO VFD (FRC122B) circuit board is sum red LEDs name UV,TM,EP OT, OC what dose they stand for ???

The EP light up on the error "Alarm 6013 Main Drive Not Ready"

I got the VFD up and running :-)

The LED "EP" is a LED checking the brake resistor if it is working and a FET transistor was burned off.

The LED "TM" light up if the temperature of the brake resistor is to hot.

There was also a relay that coot not shift but after it was replaced, then the VDF as running as it should.


I still need to find out what the UV, OT OC LED Means for errors.
