Hello
How do I have to proceed when I have a drill hole and I want to mill a 45° chamfer at the border.
I know how it works on the chamfer on the outer contour but for the inside it doesn’t work.
Thank you

Hello
Do you want to countersink or simply engrave a pocket?

At the beginning contour 2D if not available lay a contour at the border of the drill hole, select it and then select chamfer 2D in OP mode exactly like with a normal contour.

Or you use drill milling. So Helix and adjust the oversize side and the depth of your deburrer so that you have a clean chamfer. That way you can mill quite big chamfers because the tools immerses gradually. Furthermore, you wont have problems with the appraoch and related contour damages.
I like to use this method for small diameters between 6 and 15. Otherwise countersink over center hole or with contour feature 2D chamgfer for bigger diameters
Good luck!
