Evening all, me again with another question I need to create a PET film/sheet that is precisly .027" thick, I will have the use of a vacuum forming unit. My dilemma is that I can find PET films/sheets that are .020 .005. 002 .030 but nothing at the .027 that I need. Is there a way that one can soften the .020/.005 and .002 add some vacuum and heat to make a sheet of.027. One of my concerns in this area is my old friend Bubbles, popping up between the film layers. OR maybe one of you has a better idea altogether of which I would be very happy to hear!

what is the size of sheet if it small you maybe able to grind a .030 peice
