You can import the CAD file with get CAD into a empty CAD file with your color table - make attention that the layer will be created new. Then it should keep the colors of the data set and your color table should also be back – provided that all mentioned colors of the data set are included in you color table – otherwise it should correct some colors.
The other possibility:
Since 3.5R2 you can choose within the Get interface to change only fixed areas of your color table – the rest stays the same.
