    I’ve got a problem at work.
    Windows Vista doesn’t recognize the dongle.
    Could anybody help?

    And what exactly happens?
    Does LED in the dongle glow?
    Does the message “new software found” appear?
    Did you try with another port?
    Is everything ok with the license file?
