Can anybody tell me something about the new Smart controller?
I heard that Windows doesn’t run in the background anymore.
Is it possible to connect the controller to a windows network?
Are USB and network cable build into the controller?


Can I read in my old 640M, 640T or Matrix programs?
The Mazak mechanic said I would need to convert them.

Is there a program from Mazak? For free? What would it cost?
How is the surface when programming it?
Are the units like on the Matrix or are there any differences?

I can answer you some of your questions as I have a QuickTurnSmart in my division.
1.There is no windows anymore in the background. No pc is build in anymore
2. I don’t know about the network
3.USB and Flash drive are build in

8. Units are also very similar as far as I can say
