my IBANEZ JEM with JACKSON neck

hi, i am a new user here, and i want to share my project here.
the project is jackson necked ibanez jem 777 with full scalloped fretboard.
i use solidworks 2006 in design phase. also i use solidcam 2006 r10 in machining the profiles, pocketing and drillings. in surface machining i use mastercam (mastercam is the best in surface machining i think) actually i didn't make the assembly yet but there is a few things left to complete.i think i complete it before i leave for soldiership.
    and here is the stuff...

Excellent looking instrument - As a guitar maker myself I will watch with interesrt - I joined cnc zone so that I could learn about making a cnc machine to use in my workshop. As a useful piece of information Drakkn Guitars is the UK sole provider of Tonerider pickups if you are interested let me know.

I have downloaded your pictures ,I am very curious on how you intend on fretting the neck.
The ridges in the neck if they are left as your picture will be worn away very quickly by the strings because they will act as a saw and cut through the raised areas on the fretboard.

The fret wires go on the raised portions of the neck. Scalloping means the portions between the frets are dug out slightly to give the scalloped appearance.

Beautiful work. Is that body made from a block of acrylic?
