Following problem:
The simulation on our milling machine DMU 65 monoblock with iTNC530 controller doesn’t work anymore.
Not even the easiest programs( square pocket, circular pocket) get simulated. Since October I ran 3-D programs from PEPS V7 over the controller and I believe since that it doesn’t work anymore... Although before there were already several graphic errors.. Like the tool runs thought the middle of the work piece and so on...

Maybe an update could help? Unfortunately I don’t know what software version of the controller has,,, I will have a look tomorrow.
Or maybe somebody has another idea?

Have a look in your simulation:
MOD -> 3D-RED if there are any angles activated
If they are active (because e.g. no PLANE RESET in the program) then the spindle can’t deal with it..
I had that problem before: wink.gif
M140 MB MAX came before plane reset and the simulation refused to carry out M140.
Because of that Plane Reset was not read and everything got mixed up.
