    Hello everybody
When pressing the button of our CNC controller, it often happens that the controller doesn’t registers it. After we opened the controller to have a look at the problem, we noticed that the
rubber suckers that pass the pressure from the buttons to the plate, are pretty haggard.
Heidenhain suggest to get a new keyboard- we feel that a bit exaggerated considering the costs for a few die casting rubber spare parts.

    Has anybody experienced similar problems?
If yes, how did you get spare parts?
Not even through internal contact we managed to get hold of them..

    Would appreciate any help!!

    Hello CNChef

I know the problem from our machines.
I don’t want to disappoint you but you probably won’t find a way around buying a new keyboard.

Spare parts are very difficult - often impossible to get .
