Hello guys
I have a problem with the Heidenhain controller iTNC 530 on the computer:
I have formatted my computer recently and later downloaded the iTNC 530 from the Heidenhain website and also installed it ( demo version with 100 sets) .
Now I have the problem that when I write programs, the TNC never takes the value of the DL ( so also tool length measurements)
.
It doesn’t matter if I enter for example DL-1 or DL+1
The tool only ever goes to the Z position that I have programmed – so the actual depth. Without considering DL.
BUT….. the tnc considers it if only DL, DR is used… weird!!!
It used to work in the past. I don’t have a clue what’s going on now.
Maybe somebody has an idea smile.gif

I think there is an error in the installation.
