    I’ve got a little question.

    How is it possible to program allowance on the cutter radius line-by-line (similar to Dr+ for Heidenhain) at S840D ShopMill?

    There’s a possibility but only under line/circle. You can program a radius allowance in tool there. I haven’t checked whether it works in cycles.
