    Hello

I have the following problem: I have a work piece with undercut. In order to mill it, I have turned the coordinate system 10 degrees in X and -10 degrees in Y. However when I measure a line, then I get a distortion of 0,15 degrees on the Y turning axis, the angle in the X turning axis would be correct.

Now I want to mill with a tilt angle and enter the 10 degree in the A and C axes.: the work piece runs into the contour. I don’t know where the error lies, when I roll the work piece back in the reversed order, then the work piece is inclined- exactly the 0,15 degrees.

Can anybody give me some advice?

    Morning,
how is your display working plane lying? twisted or like your part is being clamped?

The part is now inclined in each case by 10 degrees. I have created my milling path and have written my program in that position.
