    "Universal" info ?

I'm a hobbyist machinist. Some time ago I began building my own tool and cutter grinder. My idea was to use two commercial cross slide tables, a home built spindle, etc.
That all stopped when I stumbled upon a "universal tool and cutter grinder". It's nearly new but had some corrosion problems. I've taken it all apart and I'm in the process of painting and re-assembling.
This machine has no identification on it but I assume its origin is China.
I'm interested in finding whatever I can about the machine. Although I'm familiar with tool grinding techniques I'd love to find a manual for this configuration machine. I assume there must be an accessory used for grinding radius's. ( ball mills, radius lathe bits). I'd like to see a picture or plan for that piece.
Hope someone can keep me from learning the slow way.
    Many thanks in advance,
    Ozzie

Enco and MSC both sell one that looks very similar.

    Snap!

It still needs some work (and a better wheel), but the results on HSS bits aren't too bad.

I have a T&C grinder similar to the one shown in your photos. Is yours single phase or three phase?
I have found a similar one which shows pics of all the attachments
CHI TSENG MACHINERY IND. CO., LTD.

Since I'm just a home machinist I wish it had come with a manual on how to set it up and use it.......although I don't have an attachment for regrinding end mill cutters......Kiwi
