Error during tool changing
Grabber is on the tool that is taken out from the spindle. The machine stops with the error message E 127 – clamping =O-signal.
Who could help?

Hello
Check the berus of the tool clamp. It has to inform if the clamp is open.

What are berus?
I removed the hood from the head. The proximity switch has a signal.

Berus = proximity switch
Unfortunately I don’t have a connection diagram of MH600 with controller 532.
You should check whether the signal comes from the proximity switch in the controller. Last week I made repair, the proximity switch glowed but there was no signal.
