    I’ve got a customer with a Bridgeport hmc 700 whose tool changer miscounts over and over and uses wrong tools.
    Who could advise anything?

    What controller is it?
    How is the tool changer configured? What way does it calculate? Is it the variant a with counter pulse or a code?

    It’s an obstructed Fanuc but I don’t know which one. I neither know how the tool changer calculates. The machine stands at the workplace of my customer.
