    Hello at all,

I am looking for the following task:

I need an adhesive binding for threaded pin (M3).
This should be tight for 100%, but I should also be able to remove the threaded pins - maybe by disassembly.
    Currently I use Loctite Nr243.
But here is the problem, that I cannot remove the screws anymore.
    Any experiences in this area?

    Best regards,
    Stefan

There is number Loctite 222. But I am not sure at all, whether if it's tight or not.

    Hello Stefan,

instead of screw locking I would take thread sealant.
Have a look at this: http://www.loctite.de/loctite-produktsuche-29727.htm
    search term: thread sealant
I would test Loctite 5331 (breakaway torques 1,5 Nm) or Loctite 511 (breakaway torques 6 Nm).
For comparison: Loctite 243 has a breakaway torques (at screws M10) of26 Nm.

    Hope, it helps.
    Best regards,
