    Motor jogging problem

I hooked up my xylotex board today to my cnc machine and attempted to jog the motors using Mach 3. Unfortunately it's not working like they should. I hear some noise and can feel the motor vibrating when hitting the jog button, just no shaft movement. I even disconnected the motor from my machine to see if that was the problem, but that didn't work either. In fact, the motors are locked up like when I first power on the unit. I also tried messing around in Mach 3's motor tuning section but nothing there either.

I also followed the first video tutorial at the support page for Mach 3 incase I missed something, and have been reading the docs as well. I know this has to be some sort of configuration problem, I just don't know were to look. I'm using this xylotex kit: http://www.xylotex.com/4AxSysKit.htm

So can anyone point me in the right direction?

Sure you somehow didnt set the jog speed to ultralow or set the stepping wrong so its just sending to few steps to feel it moving?
