    Nardini manual lathe

    A friend of mine has a Nardini lathe that has a gear stripped in the gear box. Does anyone have leads on getting parts for these lathes. Or has anyone used other type gears and modified them for these?

    Hello
    I have a Nardini lathe.
    Nardini lathes are still made but spares are handled by a company called Deb'Maq in Brazil.
    I understand it is very difficult to get parts.

    I have my gearbox open for cleaning/flushing at present. It is a strong gearbox.
    Someone must have done something bad to strip a gear.
