Making some nice things on my Patriot.

Having acquired my Patriot 10 months ago or so I thought I’d start by posting some of the works I’ve done on it in the past few weeks.

Here I’m machining some 2mm steel sheet to make a bracket for my motor cycle.

Here is the finished bracket along with a tramming tool I made as well- my first try at waterline milling to create complex curves.

I designed a replacement for the “in car” box that can adjust to my fuel injection, the original is just too big for my motorcycle.
My design fits around the handlebar. Again I used the waterline technique. It took ages to machine, but came out well. Three milled bits and a turned bit in the assembly.

I've upgraded the Patriot a bit (see end photo- still work in progress).
