Greetings,

First: I am very happy with the Kflop Control and all the support Tom has given me in the development of our new software... We are offering for sale now, BlueCNC4. Works great!

I have been testing things, which are Gcode related. My tool length compensation works beautiful. However, my G40, G41, and G42 seem to only work and create a ".500" offset, no matter what my "default.tbl" file says. I change my setting in my program... in my offset setup. And there I have a place for the tool dia., and this is directly reflected in the "default.tbl" file... but it does not seem to get to the controller.

Does not the Kflop reference this file directly? For the dia. info. for the cutter? To use for tool compensation?

OK, Solved...

It was my mistake... I was not entering the D# with my G41... so it did not know which tool to use.

G41 D1 (Use tool 1 dia. for Radius Compensation)
Then your profile.

I corrected this in my GCode file, and works as it should. I just assumed I had "screwed" something up.

All is good!
