    Aluminum CNC Milling

I am looking to have a few paintball bodies milled (4 or 5, the 5th depends on the costs). I have generated CAD models in solidworks and am ready to ship the blanks off.

    What a blank looks like:

The milled body looks like this:

All holes have been drilled and tapped where required. The milling that is left is purely cosmetic. If this is going to be done on a 3 axis machine, it will probably have to be done with two or three setups with a couple tool changes for each setup. Im not a machinist so dont quote me on this. The blank is roughly 9"x3"x1".

Each body will need two of these made from aluminum plate as well:

This part is roughly 3"x1.5" to give perspective. All aluminum will be 6061-T6 (I have yet to order the plate for the bottom part). Further details can be discussed via PM and then email.

    Thank you for looking,
    Travis

I have received enough offers to quote the project. Please consider this thread dead. I will be in contact with all that have PMed me throughout the week.

    Thank you for looking.

You were not too late! I have yet to send out any information to anyone. Everyone wanted different file formats so it may take me a couple days to get around to everyone, but no one that has PMed me at this point will be ignored, I promise!

I am sorry, but at this time I am not sending the part out for quote anymore. I have 5 different machine shops I need to get the information to.
