I have had this machine for about 7 years and has been a bullet proof machine thus far. But the other day I went to start it up to do a few job's on it and when I went to hit the start button the second time the machine didn't start and continued to say the 330 Emergency Stop and 310 Servo Off Errors. This machine is a 1983 Mori Seiki SL1A with a Yasnac LX1 controller on it. I have tried everything that I have thought of from checking overtravel-limit switches to checking the emergency stop switch. All seems to be fine. I just need someone that might know what else I can check.

You need to trace out the estop circuit. the 310 alarm is default because you have the 330 alarm. If the machine has a chip conveyor, dont forget that part of the circuit as well. In Addition check the following: 1305.0 Machine Ready, 1306.0.1.2.3 Over Travel Inputs, 1202.0 Estop, and 1281.1 Estop.

This machine does not have a chip conveyor. I'm assuming that you are meaning the diagnosis parameters
1305.0 is 0
1306.0.1.2.3 these are all 1
1202.0 is 1
1281.1 is 1
The 1202 and 1281 don't seem to change reguardless of the estop being pressed or depressed.
